Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily centre operations and ensure compliance with policies. Manage and motivate teaching and non-teaching staff. Drive admissions, achieve enrollment targets, and maintain retention. Build strong parent relationships and handle queries/escalations. Ensure safety, hygiene, and discipline within the centre. Monitor academic delivery as per curriculum standards. Handle financials, including fee collections and expense control. Requirements: Graduate/postgraduate with 48 years of experience (preferably in the preschool/education industry). Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
