As an Operations Executive specializing in NVOCC operations, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end logistics processes, including booking, documentation, shipment tracking, and coordination with various stakeholders. Your role will ensure the efficient movement of cargo, compliance with regulations, and optimization of resources within the NVOCC framework Responsibilities a) Process and confirm export and import bookings, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate. b) Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions (SIs) and Container Release Orders (CROs) in compliance with Dubai Trade regulations. c) Generate and manage Bills of Lading (BLs), including switch and split BLs, as required d) Monitor container availability to ensure sufficient equipment for export bookings. e) Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions. f) Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline operations.
