About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and aesthetically engaging user interfaces across web and mobile products.
• Create detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms.
• Incorporate animations, micro-interactions, and motion design to enhance usability and engagement.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business and user goals.
• Apply best practices in information architecture, visual hierarchy, typography, and accessibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5- 8 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products (web and mobile).
• Proven expertise with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, including advanced prototyping and interaction design.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, persona creation, and design thinking methodologies.
• Excellent grasp of visual design fundamentals layout, color, typography, and composition.
• Experience conducting usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and user interviews.
• Familiarity with component-based design systems and collaboration with development teams.
