Beauty & Wellness Trainer

As a Beauty & Wellness Trainer (Freelance) with Naandi Foundation & L'Oral, your role will involve conducting beauty and wellness training sessions for students in Uttar Pradesh. Your responsibilities will include delivering practical and theoretical classes on hair care and makeup application, providing individual mentorship to students, demonstrating technical expertise in hair styling and makeup techniques, and ensuring operational support for training activities. Additionally, you will collaborate with the training coordinator and team members to maintain high-quality program delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct beauty and wellness training sessions on hair care and makeup application. - Provide individual attention and guidance to students, monitoring their progress and preparing them for certifications and job placements. - Demonstrate proficiency in hair styling, treatments, and professional makeup techniques. - Assist in managing training schedules and maintaining a hygienic training environment. - Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality program delivery and maintain student records. Qualifications and Skills: - 1-2 years of experience as a beauty trainer with technical knowledge in hair and makeup. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching. - Certification or diploma in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field. - Ability to mentor and motivate students from diverse backgrounds. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations in beauty services. Preferred: - Experience working with disadvantaged communities or in social impact projects. - Familiarity with the latest beauty trends and technologies. - Women candidates are preferred.
