Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products. Daily responsibilities include managing sales activities, maintaining product knowledge, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to achieving sales targets. The role also involves reporting sales metrics and staying informed about market trends and customer feedback. Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills Proficiency in sales strategies, customer engagement, and rapport-building Organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks Basic knowledge of cosmetics - perfume products and an interest in promoting sustainable practices Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Prior sales experience and a passion for customer service are a plus High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training in sales or related fields preferred
