We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic female beautician to provide high-quality beauty services to our clients. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in various beauty treatments, have a passion for customer service, and maintain hygiene and professionalism at all times. Key Responsibilities: Perform beauty treatments including facials, waxing, threading, bleaching, and detanning Provide hair services: haircuts, blow-drying, hair coloring, smoothening, keratin, spa, and styling Deliver manicure and pedicure treatments, nail art, and nail extensions Apply makeup for daily wear, parties, bridal, and special occasions Recommend and sell suitable beauty products and treatments Ensure client satisfaction by offering personalized consultations Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the salon tools and workspace Manage appointment schedules and follow-up with clients Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques Uphold salon standards and maintain a friendly, welcoming environment Requirements : Proven work experience as a beautician or in a similar role (minimum 2 years preferred) Knowledge of beauty products, skin types, and beauty therapy techniques Certification or diploma in cosmetology or beauty therapy (preferred) Good communication and interpersonal skills Presentable, confident, and customer-focused Ability to work under pressure and multitask Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours if needed Salary:₹10,000 – ₹25,000 (depending on experience, skills & incentives) Incentives and tips applicable Why Join Us?
