The ideal candidate for this role should have a Graduation in Computers/Electronics or a Post-Graduation in Computer Science, along with 5-8 years of experience in software/application development. You will be responsible for leading scalable, high-performance application architecture, developing and designing enterprise-grade applications, managing Azure DevOps processes, and conducting solution design, RCA documentation, and interacting with cross-functional teams. Your mandatory technical skills should include proficiency in Core Technologies like Python, FastAPI, React/TypeScript, Langchain, LangGraph, AI Agents Docker, Azure Open AI, and Prompt Engineering. You should also be well-versed in Cloud & Infrastructure tools such as AWS (Secrets Manager, IAM, ECS/EC2), Azure AD, Azure DevOps, and GitHub. Additionally, experience with Database & Performance tools like MongoDB (Motor, Beanie ODM), Redis, and caching strategies, as well as knowledge of Security protocols like OAuth2/SAML, JWT, Azure AD integration, and audit logging is essential. Soft skills such as strong problem-solving abilities, mentoring skills, technical communication, and being an independent contributor with a high ownership mindset are also required.
