Roles & Responsibilities Develop and approve critical lifting plans. Inspect rigging equipment and lifting tools. Supervise rigging activities and ensure compliance. Train and certify riggers and crane operators. Conduct load testing and stability analysis. Oversee heavy lifting operations and ensure proper procedures. Monitor equipment maintenance and certification validity. Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements. Investigate incidents and recommend corrective measures. Maintain records of inspections and certifications. Perform hazard identification and risk analysis. Coordinate with contractors for heavy lifting plans. Implement emergency response procedures. Provide technical support for lifting activities. Verify proper signaling and communication during lifts. Experience Required Minimum 03 Years experience required for Degree Holder or 05 Years’ Experience required for B.Sc./Diploma Holder (Experience as rigging specialist / Supervisor) Education Qualification B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc. Physics from AICTE/SCTE&VT Certification from LEEA/LOLER/OPITO or Equivalent for Supervisor/Inspector Level
