About the job: We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across platforms. You'll be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that increase engagement, grow our community, and align with brand goals. Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement social media strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Pinterest, YouTube, etc. and run ads, campaigns for the same. 2. Create, curate, and manage independently engaging content in collaboration with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams. 3. Monitor trends, insights, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant. 4. Schedule and publish content using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite. 5. Track and analyse performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare monthly reports. 6. Engage with our community, respond to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly and consistently. 7. Collaborate on influencer partnerships and digital campaigns. 8. Ensure that the brand voice and aesthetics are consistently reflected across all social platforms. Requirements: 1. 2 years of proven experience in independently writing content and managing social media for brands or agencies. 2. Strong understanding of different platforms, algorithms, and content formats. 3. Basic graphic design or video editing knowledge (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools) is a plus. 4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and tweak strategy accordingly. 5. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under tight deadlines. 6. Experience with paid campaigns 7. Passion for trends, pop culture, and storytelling. Nice to Have: Knowledge of AI tools.
