Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and versatile Office Assistant who will be responsible for handling various office support tasks, assisting staff in daily operations, and managing outdoor activities such as deliveries, pickups, and market-related work. The ideal candidate should be proactive, trustworthy, and able to multitask efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies. Assist in administrative activities and support different departments as required. Handle errands such as delivery and pickup of documents, parcels, or office materials from vendors, clients, and market. Maintain records of deliveries and collections. Support in office maintenance, cleanliness, and basic facility management. Assist senior staff in ad-hoc tasks and projects. Act as a point of support for smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. Requirements: Minimum 10th/12th pass (Graduation is an advantage). Prior experience in office support/runner/field assistant role preferred.
