Role Overview: You will be responsible for the Business Development Manager (BDM) role in the Sales department of Dixit Infotech Services Pvt. Ltd. As a BDM, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base - Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and negotiate contracts - Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services to clients - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and participate in industry events to promote the company Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience as a Business Development Manager with 3 to 6 years of experience in sales - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet sales targets - Knowledge of IT services and solutions is preferred Additional Company Details: Dixit Infotech Services Pvt.
