Job Title: On-Field Business Development Executive (IT Sector)

Location: Mohali (On-site / Field Work)

Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive On-Field Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of the IT industry. The role involves field visits, client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management for promoting IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit potential clients to promote IT services and solutions.
• Conduct on-field meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
• Generate leads through networking, references, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored IT solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Report daily visits, leads, and progress to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of experience in on-field sales / IT business development.
• Strong knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and digital technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
• Must be comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
• Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
