Job Summary We are seeking an experienced BD Manager with 14 to 18 years of experience in business operations business analysis and planning. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in finance and accounting. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business growth and contribute to our companys success. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability. Oversee business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in achieving company goals. Provide in-depth business analysis and planning to support decision-making processes. Utilize MS Excel to analyze data create reports and present findings to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to foster business growth. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning. Conduct financial analysis to assess the viability and profitability of business initiatives. Implement best practices in business operations to enhance productivity and performance. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Prepare and present business performance reports to senior management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes. Support the development of business plans and budgets to achieve organizational objectives. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting. Have extensive experience in business operations business analysis and planning.
