Role Description The Human Resources Manager will play a vital role in overseeing and managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee engagement initiatives, addressing employee concerns, creating training and development programs, and ensuring workplace compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Varanasi. Qualifications Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management Ability to design and implement training and development programs Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in HR management tools and software Leadership skills, with the ability to guide and manage teams effectively Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certification in HR is a plus Previous experience in the food production or FMCG industry is considered advantageous
