Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and understand their jewellery requirements. Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery items effectively. Provide detailed product information including purity, price, and design features. Assist customers in selecting jewellery as per their budget and occasion. Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing accurately. Maintain display counters, cleanliness, and stock presentation. Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally. Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery items. Maintain daily sales reports and inventory records. Achieve sales targets and contribute to showroom growth. Requirements & SkillsProven experience in retail sales (jewellery experience preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of gold purity, diamond grading, and jewellery designs (added advantage). Presentable appearance and polite attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Basic computer knowledge for billing and stock entry. Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
