This role involves planning and coordinating the dispatch of materials and products while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. It is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a career in logistics and dispatch operations. Key Responsibilities: · Verify materials as per customer orders and engineering drawings. · Check the availability of materials and prepare dispatch schedules. · Ensure materials are ready and handed over to the dispatch team on time. · Prepare packing lists and coordinate with the dispatch staff. · Schedule and monitor product deliveries with logistics partners. · Resolve shipping issues and maintain accurate dispatch records. · Implement and improve dispatch and logistics processes for better efficiency.
