About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and meet company objectives. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and market research Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions from our product/service portfolio Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 8383972470
