Your subject matter expertise (SME) and ability to provide comprehensive solutions will be the key to success at BCM One. Candidates should be based in the North Eastern US, ideally in NJ, NY, PA, or CT. This position requires residency in the United States and does not provide relocation or sponsorship opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle - from qualification through to close - on high-value enterprise accounts across multiple verticals. You will deeply understand client pain points and align BCM One's portfolio of solutions to meet business outcomes. Acting as a consultative partner, you will collaborate with Sales Engineers, Product, and Support teams to design and deliver compelling technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B solution sales, preferably in SaaS or telecommunications. A proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in a complex sales environment, a strong understanding of voice, data, unified communications, networking, and cloud-based solutions, excellent storytelling and presentation skills, and a solutions-first mindset are required. Experience selling to enterprise and mid-market clients across multiple industries is also essential. What You Will Need 5+ years of experience in B2B solution sales, with a strong preference for SaaS or telecommunications industry experience.
