Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the industry. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with the NBFC's policies and regulations, and manage loan applications and documentation processes. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns related to home loans and LAP. Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
