About Baya Resorts Baya Resorts is a boutique villa-style resort in the scenic heart of Karjat. With 3 private villas and 8 premium rooms, we provide a peaceful and personalised getaway for families and groups traveling from Mumbai and Pune. We’re looking for a passionate and capable Resort Manager to lead operations, manage staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. What You’ll Do Operations & Guest Experience Oversee all day-to-day resort operations Ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs and room readiness Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly Housekeeping & Maintenance Implement and monitor room/villa cleaning SOPs Manage housekeeping staff and schedules Conduct routine property maintenance checks (AC, plumbing, etc.) Hire and onboard 2 housekeepers and 1 technician F&B Management Hire and manage kitchen staff (chef + helper) Finalise set and à la carte menus with accurate costing Set up kitchen operations and food stock tracking Coordinate meal service and maintain hygiene standards Staffing & Admin Create duty rosters, assign roles, and ensure accountability Implement inventory, cost tracking, and daily reporting systems Draft SOPs for all key operational areas What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of hotel/resort/hospitality experience Strong leadership and team management skills Hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving Experience in F&B and housekeeping operations Fluent in English and Hindi/Marathi Willing to stay on-site or commute daily Perks Competitive salary On-site accommodation (if required) Opportunity to take full ownership of a growing property
