To carry out Design and Detail Engineering of reciprocating compressor assemblies and components as per specifications and project requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop reciprocating compressor components and assemblies, including written specifications and technical drawings for product design, procurement, and installation. Review 3D models and assemblies in CREO, along with 2D component drawings and Bills of Material. Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings of machined, fabricated, and casting components. Perform design calculations for reciprocating HP components and vessels as per international standards (preferred). Prepare and manage Engineering Bills of Material, spare parts lists, and maintenance kits in the PLM system (Agile). Experience in engineering data management is preferred. Manage Variant Bills of Material in CPQ/ERP systems (Dynamics AX, Dynamics D365). Verify and check designs and drawings prepared by designers and modelers. Maintain ISO documentation for the engineering department. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute (minimum) OR Diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience. Self-motivated, open to new ideas, and capable of working independently. Ability to work effectively in international teams. Total experience of 56 years, with a minimum of 4 years in Design & Development of reciprocating compressors or IC engines in a reputed manufacturing company. Proficiency in CREO (3D) modelling and familiarity with 3D design environments. Exposure to FEA software is an added advantage; proficiency in MS Office is essential. Experience in manufacturing industry prototyping and fabrication processes. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a data-driven, logical engineering approach. Fluency in English; knowledge of German is preferred.
