Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude. - Handle member check-ins, new registrations, and renewals. - Manage phone calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling. - Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure the reception area is always organized. - Handle cash and digital payments for memberships, merchandise, and services. - Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth daily operations. - Keep records of attendance, leads, and member feedback. - Support promotional activities, membership drives, and gym events. - Maintain confidentiality of member information at all times.
