We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Executive with a good understanding of digital marketing and general office tools. The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks while supporting digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Handle general office administration and clerical work. Create and manage documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Assist with basic digital marketing tasks including social media posting, email campaigns, and online advertising. Support the team in creating marketing content using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. Maintain and organize files, records, and other office documents. Respond to client inquiries via email, WhatsApp, or other communication platforms. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when needed. Help manage data entry and reporting tasks.
