Batch Supervisor

Responsible for managing day-to-day production activities across assigned batches. This includes coordinating with tailors and helpers, ensuring adherence to production timelines, monitoring quality standards, and maintaining smooth workflow across the floor. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a good understanding of garment production processes, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production batches and allocate work among tailors and helpers.
• Monitor progress to ensure timely completion of assigned garments/orders.
• Conduct quality checks at each stage of production and ensure rework is minimized.
• Coordinate with the cutting, stitching, and finishing teams for smooth handovers.
• Maintain daily production reports and communicate status to the Production Manager.
• Identify bottlenecks or issues in the production process and suggest corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards on the production floor
