You will be responsible for developing interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and understand their analytical needs. Design and implement data models supporting visualizations and analytics. Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Power BI. Optimize performance of reports and dashboards for efficient data retrieval and visualization. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and outliers. Create calculated measures, columns, and DAX queries for enhanced data analysis. Implement row-level security and data security measures to ensure confidentiality. Provide training and support to end-users on effectively using Power BI dashboards and reports. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices. You should have proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and data visualization best practices is required. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with other BI tools like Tableau or QlikView would be a plus. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is also advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus.
