Basketball Coach

The Sports Gurukul (R) is a pioneer in organized sports development and coaching programs at the grassroots level. Operating under Ecube Sports Gurukul Pvt. Ltd since April 2009, the company specializes in providing integrated sports and fitness programs for schools in Mumbai. The Sports Gurukul has various open sports training centers across Mumbai and plans to expand across India with its systematic sports programs and curriculum. This is a full-time on-site role for a Basketball Coach located in Bengaluru. As a Basketball Coach, you will be responsible for developing and executing training sessions, mentoring athletes, and monitoring their progress. Your day-to-day tasks will include planning practice drills, facilitating team meetings, providing feedback to players, and ensuring safety protocols are adhered to during all sessions. To excel in this role, you should have Basketball Coaching and Basketball skills, Coaching and Training experience, Excellent Communication skills, and the ability to work well with young athletes to foster a positive team environment. Relevant certifications in coaching or sports management are a plus along with experience in developing training plans and strategies. A Bachelors degree in Physical Education or a Master's degree in Physical Education would be beneficial for this position.,
