Basic Designer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team. The role involves developing visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines, project requirements, and client needs. The ideal candidate should have a keenpossess eye for aesthetics, creativity, and a basic understandingof design tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit visual designs for print, digital, or product needs.
• Understand project requirements and deliver creative concepts.
• Work with the marketing/branding team to ensure designs meet brand standards.
• Prepare drafts and present ideas for feedback.
• Make revisions based on input from team members or clients.
• Stay updated with basic design trends and tools.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Figma, depending on the field).
• Creativity and a strong sense of color, layout, and typography.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in design, fine arts, or related field (optional for entry level).

Preferred Qualities:

• Enthusiasm to learn and improve design skills.
• Attention to detail and openness to feedback.
• Basic knowledge of printing/digital standards is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
