Admin Cum Executive Assistant RT Nagar, Bengaluru/Bangalore 3 - 31 years INR 2.4 - 3.0 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

Provide administrative support to senior partners, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and follow-ups., Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure the office runs smoothly. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. Attending meetings along with partners and preparing minutes of meetings for partner’s review. Support HR-related tasks such as maintaining attendance records and coordinating with payroll service providers. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations. Organize and coordinate client meetings, internal reviews, and training sessions. Assist in preparation of proposals, engagement letters, and other client communication. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Act as a point of contact between the partners, team members, and external stakeholders. Facilitate smooth communication within the team and with clients. Manage filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure proper documentation. Assist in coordinating firm events, training programs, and team-building activities. Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and infrastructure requirements. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields). Proven experience in office administration and/or executive assistance (experience in professional services firms is a plus). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management systems. Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision. Professional interpersonal skills. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
