Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and development of printed circuit boards (PCBs) for embedded and IoT systems Support the development and testing of embedded firmware for microcontrollers (such as STM32, ESP32, etc.) Create basic schematics and PCB layouts using KiCad or similar tools under guidance Help with testing, debugging, and optimization of hardware and firmware prototypes Work alongside experienced engineers to integrate hardware and firmware into complete product solutions Learn and apply best practices in power management, signal integrity, and thermal performance in PCB designs Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering field Familiarity with basic circuit design and embedded systems concepts Exposure to KiCad or similar PCB design tools (academic or personal projects welcome) Basic programming knowledge in C/C++ for microcontrollers Enthusiastic about learning, solving problems, and building real-world hardware products Good teamwork and communication skills Nice To Have (Not Mandatory) Personal or academic projects involving PCBs or firmware Familiarity with tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, or logic analyzers Experience with platforms like Arduino, STM32, or ESP32 About Company: BaseApp Systems is a design firm specializing in product engineering in the domains of the internet of things, computer vision, and real-time web applications.
