Job Summary:We are hiring a Bartender Helper (Bar Back) to support our bar operations at [Your Café/Bar Name – e.g., Chicha]. This role is vital to keeping the bar running smoothly by assisting bartenders, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring a clean and efficient workspace. Key Responsibilities:Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks during service hours. Restock liquor, glassware, mixers, garnishes, and other bar essentials. Maintain cleanliness of the bar, including tools, counters, and equipment. Wash and polish glassware and utensils. Handle bar setup and breakdown before and after shifts. Dispose of trash and manage recyclables as needed. Respond to minor guest needs or direct them to bartenders. Adhere to hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times. Requirements:Previous bar or hospitality experience is a plus (not mandatory). Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Physically fit and able to lift heavy items (like crates, ice buckets, etc.). Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexible work hours. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
