Job location- Barnala, Punjab Responsibilities: Drive commercial real estate sales for BCC by engaging with prospective clients and investors Build and manage strong client relationships to ensure consistent sales growth Identify and target new business opportunities in local and regional markets Present project details, benefits, and value propositions to clients professionally Collaborate with internal teams for seamless transaction closures and post-sales support Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction Desired profile of the candidate: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in commercial real estate sales Young, dynamic, and energetic professional with strong market understanding Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Ability to understand client needs and align them with project offerings Strong networking ability and passion for achieving ambitious sales goals
