Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages while ensuring excellent guest service and maintaining hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other drinks as per standard recipes.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage preparation equipment.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.
• Greet guests, understand their preferences, and provide a pleasant customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee counter and beverage preparation area.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies and inform the supervisor about replenishment requirements.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
• Handle guest queries and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with the F&B team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar F&B role is preferred.
• Knowledge of espresso machines, coffee preparation techniques, and beverage recipes.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per operational requirements.
