We're looking for a Barista with at least 1 year of experience who knows their way around an espresso machine and is comfortable with both the classics and a few modern favorites (hello, matcha 👋). You should be able to: Pull consistent espresso shots and steam milk with precision Dial-in coffee precisely Prepare common coffee drinks with confidence (lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, etc.) Make basic matcha-based drinks (hot and iced) with proper whisking or blending Handle rushes with a calm attitude and friendly service Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for action Bonus if you: Have experience with frappes or signature drink recipes Can pour simple latte art (even just a decent heart!)
