Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM MODELER Architect located in Bengaluru. The BIM MODELER Architect will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for various projects, preparing architectural drawings, and ensuring the accuracy of construction drawings. The role involves collaborating with different project stakeholders, reviewing submittals, and enhancing the overall efficiency of project workflows.

Qualifications

• Education: B'Arc

Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings

• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings
• Ability to review and manage Submittals
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience with BIM software such as Revit is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
