Job Summary: Barbrik Project Ltd. is looking for an experienced Tender Bidding Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end bidding process for infrastructure and construction-related government tenders. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in analyzing tender documents, preparing bids, and coordinating with internal departments for timely submissions. Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate relevant government tenders (Railway, NHAI, MoRTH, PWD, NLC, CSIDC, etc.) Study and interpret tender documents (technical and financial) Prepare and submit bids on government e-portals (CPPP, GeM, MSTC, NIC, etc.) Coordinate with various departments for required inputs and documents Prepare cost estimates, BOQ, rate analysis, and other related documents Maintain tender tracking, follow-ups, and documentation Handle post-bid activities like clarifications and negotiations Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / BBA / MBA or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure or construction tendering Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with e-procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, NIC, MSTC, etc.) Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skills Benefits: Professional work environment Opportunities to work on high-value infrastructure projects Career growth opportunities Schedule: Day shift Monday to Saturday Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Work Location: In person
