Role & Responsibilities Take over the site from PMC and complete last-leg works. Manage daily operations & facility maintenance of the warehouse (civil, electrical, fire-fighting, utilities, security). Oversee vendors & AMC contracts, ensuring smooth functioning. Implement preventive maintenance schedules and handle breakdowns. Act as a single point of contact for management, tenants, and service providers. ⸻ Profile We Seek B.E./Diploma in Civil (preferred) with 4–5 years in warehouses/industrial projects. Strong knowledge of civil, PEB, electrical, fire & MEP systems. Good in vendor management, reporting, and compliance. Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented.
