Role Overview: An experienced Project Manager with at least 10 years in managing civil and interior fit-out projects to oversee projects across various locations in South India, working closely with the Planning Engineer and reporting directly to the Project Director. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end civil and interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with the Planning Engineer for scheduling and resource allocation. Ensure timely delivery and quality control across project sites in different South India locations. Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to align project goals. Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and mitigate risks. Prepare regular reports and updates for the Project Director. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in civil construction and interior fit-out project management. Proven track record managing complex projects in a design & build environment. Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to travel frequently across South India project sites. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
