Bapuna Group is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to join their finance team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a solid background in ERP systems and taxation. This is a full-time role offering a compensation package comparable to the best in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department. Handle Direct & Indirect Taxation including GST compliance and filings. Utilize and manage accounting software such as ERP , SAP , and Tally 9 ERP . Ensure timely closing of books of accounts and financial reporting. Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies for audits and compliance. Implement and maintain effective internal controls. Prepare and present financial statements and analysis to management. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Required Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) . 34 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant role. Strong knowledge of: ERP systems (including SAP and Tally 9 ERP) Direct and Indirect Taxation (GST and others) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Compensation: The compensation package will be comparable to the best in the industry , based on experience and qualifications.
