Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Chennai. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end aspects of the company's websites. Day-to-day tasks include creating user-friendly interfaces, developing custom applications, implementing robust programming solutions, and optimizing web functionality for an excellent user experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions is integral to this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Front-End Development and Web Design, including experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Expertise in Back-End Web Development and Programming to ensure functionality and efficiency Strong knowledge and experience in Web Development, including the ability to build and maintain responsive websites Ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively manage project timelines Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to new technologies Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Experience with modern web development frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Angular, or Django) is a plus
