Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This role will involve supporting Accounts Manager by ensuring the accurate recording and processing of financial transactions, maintaining up-to-date financial records, and assisting with the preparation of key financial statements and reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, an understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping. Ensure accurate & timely recording of all business transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards. Maintain accounts receivable by processing incoming payments and issuing invoices in a timely manner. Oversee accounts payable by reviewing and verifying invoices, preparing payments, and conducting regular reconciliations for accuracy and compliance. Assist Accounts Manager in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ,including balance sheets, income statements, and other relevant reports. Ensuring deadlines are met. Support audit processes and liaise with auditors as required. Support the review of expenses, payroll records, and other financial documents as assigned. Update and maintain financial data in databases to ensure real-time accuracy and availability of critical MIS. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly MIS, ensuring completeness and consistency. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes Manage petty cash and expense claims. Assist in GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances Reconcile bank statements and vendor/client accounts Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
