The specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, strategizing and executing sales initiatives, managing customer inquiries, and contributing to marketing campaigns. Additional responsibilities include identifying market trends, conducting training sessions for team members, and achieving sales targets while fostering long-term client relations. Qualifications Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues. Customer Service and relationship-building abilities to provide a positive client experience. Sales and Sales Management expertise to drive revenue growth and manage sales teams. Training capabilities to mentor and guide team members for improving sales performance. Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience with marketing tools and CRM software is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
