We are a fast-growing B2B Laptop and Desktop Rental company based in Delhi NCR. We provide high-quality computing hardware on rent to corporates, IT companies, startups, call centres, and other businesses with scaling workforce needs. Our mission is to simplify IT hardware procurement for companies by offering cost-effective, scalable, and fast rental solutions. We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who has existing connections with IT Admins, Procurement Heads, Admin Managers, and can onboard new clients who are already renting laptops/desktops and are open to switching vendors or exploring better pricing and service. Delhi NCR (Field and Inside Sales Mix) Responsibilities: • Identify, target, and onboard new corporate clients who rent laptops, desktops, and IT hardware. • Tap into your existing network of IT/Admin/Procurement Heads to drive conversions. • Pitch our rental services to IT companies, call centers, BPOs, co-working spaces, startups, and MNCs. • Track competitors’ clients and propose vendor switch strategies. • Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, references, and direct meetings. • Maintain relationships with existing accounts to ensure high client retention. • Negotiate pricing and close deals aligned with company margins and delivery capacity. • Coordinate with internal operations and technical team for smooth onboarding and delivery. Candidate Profile: • 2–6 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in: • Laptop/Desktop rental services • IT hardware or SaaS sales • Facility Management or Managed IT services • Existing network of decision-makers in corporates (IT Admins, Admin Managers, Procurement Heads) • Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills • Proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets • Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and field sales experience Compensation: • Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience) • Incentives: Lucrative commission on every deal closed • Bonuses: Quarterly performance bonuses ⸻ Growth Path: • Opportunity to grow into a Team Lead / Sales Head role as the business scales • Build and manage a team of regional sales executives • Long-term partnership or profit-sharing options available for top performers ⸻ Joining: Immediate preferred.
