Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, result-driven Banquet Sales Manager to lead our banqueting sales strategy, drive maximum revenue, and manage high-profile social (weddings) and corporate events. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding luxury hotel banquet revenue targets.

Role & responsibilities:

• Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve/exceed banquet revenue, covers, and profitability goals.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Proactively prospect, secure, and manage high-end wedding planners, corporate clients, event agencies, and social key accounts.
• Property Tours & Consultations: Conduct customized site inspections of our opulent ballrooms and event spaces (spanning over 1 lakh sq. ft.) for prospective clients.
• Contract Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, food & beverage packages, and event terms in line with hotel yield management policies to maximize profitability.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with Culinary (kitchens, global cuisine restaurants), Operations, F&B Service, and Housekeeping teams to ensure flawless execution of booked events.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging opportunities in Delhi/NCR's luxury hospitality sector.
• Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and supervise Banquet Sales Executives and Coordinators to ensure high performance and service standards.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or Hospitality/Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of hands-on banquet sales experience in 4/5-star luxury hotels (Delhi/NCR experience preferred).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation tactics and thorough understanding of upscale social/wedding and corporate segments.
• Proficient in hotel property management systems

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
