Banking Technical Consultant FSDM

Key Responsibilities: - Contribute within a team environment and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving setting - Learn new skills and align with the organization's vision - Communicate effectively (written and oral) and possess strong interpersonal skills - Analyze and document integrated systems technically - Provide expert advice on SAP functionality, change management, and other advisory services - Recommend solutions to customers based on best practices - Offer guidance on test plans and end-user documentation Qualifications Required: - Engineering graduate/MBA from a reputed university with 8 to 11 years of professional experience - Hands-on experience on SAP FSDM (Financial Services Data Management) Implementation projects with a good understanding of core business processes of Banks and/or Insurance firms - Familiarity with SAP FSDM key features and Data Models, Business processes of Banking and/or Insurance firms, and ETL Tools & Functionalities - Experience in working with Power Designer or other Data Modelling tools, SAP Transport Management including Git Hub, HANA Modelling, and integration of SAP solutions - Knowledge of SAP BW (BW on HANA or BW4HANA is a plus) and niche areas like Risk Modelling and Actuarial processes - Ability to create application-specific detailed designs and ensure on-time and good quality delivery - Strong communication skills and the drive to work with various stakeholders Additional Company Details: SAP Fioneer prioritizes the well-being and satisfaction of its employees by offering a comprehensive benefits package.
