Banking Operations Senior Associate

You will be responsible for applying postings and reversals of financial transactions, analyzing and making decisions based on financial information, handling all correspondence, supporting convenience cheque processing, and working under tight timeframes to ensure that reporting to clients is done within the SLA requirements. Additionally, you will perform other related duties as assigned. To qualify for this role, you must have post-secondary education in accounting or finance (a degree is mandatory) and a high school diploma. You should possess strong analytical skills, have 2 to 3 years of accounting experience in a banking environment or accounts receivable position, be fluent in English, and have a strength in Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in all Microsoft Suite Applications is required, and you should be willing to pursue continuous learning and self-development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work within time constraints, have a working knowledge of PCs and strong keyboarding skills, maintain a positive attitude, and get along well with others. You should be highly motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and have demonstrated the ability to implement change efforts.,
