About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Packaging Associate to join our warehouse team. You will be responsible for packing, handling inventory, and ensuring that all orders are dispatched accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, quick with hands, and ready to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Securely pack products as per company standards Ensure all items are labelled, sealed, and sorted properly Prepare orders for dispatch, coordinating with shipment teams Perform quality checks before packing Maintain a clean and organised working area Assist in basic warehouse tasks like loading/unloading and inventory arrangements Update supervisor about low stock, damages, or inconsistencies Requirements Education: No specific degree required Experience: 0–2 years in packing/warehouse work (freshers welcome) Must be physically fit and comfortable with standing/lifting Ability to work with speed and accuracy Basic understanding of packaging materials and tools Good attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn Perks & Benefits Quarterly performance bonuses Salary growth opportunities Supportive work environment Training provided for beginners Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
