Overview: We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer with a minimum of 4+ years of proven agency experience in B2B and D2C marketing. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, a strong analytical background, and a history of successful campaign management. This role will be instrumental in driving our digital marketing initiatives, enhancing our online presence, and achieving our business growth objectives. Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels including PPC, social media, display advertising, and more. 2. Conduct thorough analysis of campaign spend and adjust strategies accordingly. 3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure goals are met. 4. Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. 5. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. 6. Provide detailed reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders on campaign performance. 7. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing campaign results and future strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or similar role, with a strong track record of successful campaigns on digital platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent understanding of PPC, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and conversion rate optimization.,
