Exports Manager Hyderabad 6 - 8 years INR 0.5 - 0.6 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

To manage and grow the company's FMCG exports business by developing strategic plans, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with partners and distributors, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, and driving sustainable revenue growth in targeted markets. Roles and Responsibilities Manage export documentation, including preparing commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other relevant documents. Coordinate with logistics providers for shipment bookings, transportation arrangements, and customs clearance. Ensure timely submission of export import documentation to meet regulatory requirements. Oversee export import logistics operations from warehouse to delivery at customer locations. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to exports or imports. Export Sales & Market Expansion Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve volume, value, and margin targets. Identify and enter new markets for companys FMCG products, focusing on high-potential regions. Drive negotiations, pricing, and business development with international clients and distributors. Distributor & Partner Management Appoint, develop, and manage distributor networks and trade partners across assigned geographies. Monitor distributor performance and conduct regular reviews and market visits. Provide ongoing support, training, and marketing input to enhance distributor capabilities. Market Research & Strategy Conduct in-depth analysis of target export markets including competitor analysis, consumer behavior, and pricing trends. Recommend product adaptations based on market-specific needs (e.g., labeling, pack sizes, flavor profiles). Collaborate with marketing teams to design market entry strategies and promotional activities. Export Operations & Documentation Manage end-to-end export operations including order processing, coordination with logistics, and shipment follow-ups. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all export documentation (invoices, packing lists, LC documentation, COO, etc.). Liaise with internal departments like production, logistics, QA/QC, and finance to ensure seamless exports. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and certifications (FSSAI, HACCP, FDA, HALAL, etc.). Address regulatory, documentation, or product registration requirements in export markets. Reporting & Forecasting Provide regular updates to management on market trends, sales performance, forecasts, and profitability. Track KPIs including market share, distributor performance, and product penetration in export territories. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of FMCG product categories and trade regulations Excellent negotiation, sales, and account management skills Strong communication and cross-cultural management skills Knowledge of INCOTERMS, documentation, logistics, and LC procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CRM tools Experience: 6-8 years of experience in FMCG exports or business development Prior exposure to multiple international geographies preferred Experience in handling end-to-end exports including documentation, distributor management, and compliance Travel Requirements: Frequent travel required to manage partners and explore new markets Qualifications: Any Graduate/ Any Postgraduate
