Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Revenue GenerationMeet or exceed sales targets for assigned territories. Promote the company’s range of spices (whole, ground, blended). Identify new business opportunities and generate leads. 2. Market DevelopmentExpand distribution in retail, wholesale, and HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering) segments. Onboard new retailers, distributors, and stockists. Study market trends and suggest improvements or product innovations. 3. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and end customers. Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely delivery. Conduct product demos and sampling if required. 4. Product Promotion & MerchandisingEnsure proper branding and visibility in retail outlets. Supervise in-store promotions, trade shows, and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop POS (Point of Sale) materials. 5. Reporting & AnalysisTrack daily/weekly/monthly sales performance. Submit reports on competitor activity, market demand, and pricing. Provide feedback to management on customer and market responses. 6. Inventory & Order ManagementCoordinate with the supply chain/logistics team for timely order fulfillment. Monitor stock levels at distributor and retailer levels. 🧠 Skills & Knowledge Needed:Good knowledge of spices and culinary usage. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Familiarity with FMCG sales practices. Basic knowledge of supply chain and inventory systems. Regional market understanding (if territory-based).
