Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Scanner, located in Ahmedabad. The Scanner will be responsible for accurately scanning and digitizing documents, ensuring quality and clear images, organizing and categorizing scanned documents, maintaining equipment, and performing regular backups. The Scanner will also assist with filing and retrieving documents as needed, and ensure compliance with company data management policies. Qualifications Experience in scanning and digitizing documents, including familiarity with scanning equipment and software Attention to detail and ability to ensure accurate and clear scanned documents Organizational skills for categorizing and filing documents effectively Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of data management and backup procedures Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
